I tried 3.6 and 2.12 both would not install. 2.12 said that the version of Crystal is too low for the PF. I need to swtich the report from a list of fields to an automated letter and need to change the printer setup back to Letter Portrain but i can't get into Printer Setup. Any suggestions?
