WebOct 22, 2012 · Hi, a good rule of thumb is to place a good business card on the magnet of the flywheel & rotate it till the coil aligns with the magnets then loosen the bolts holding the coil so the magnets pull in the coil, then tighten the bolts, turn the flywheel to remove the card. the gap should be .010 - .012 thou. hope this helps.
