WebI wanted to reset the padlock combo. I did follow direction to put the dials at 0-0-0 and turn the shackle 90 degrees and press down. I pressed it down and reset the combo but the shackle won't pull up. I also tried the original combination I had set it with and no luck. I have searched online but haven't found the answer.
