WebbSeveral inherited cancer predisposition syndromes have been associated with increased risk of GCs. These include FAP, Lynch syndrome, Li–Fraumeni syndrome, and PPJS. In the setting of FAP, an increased risk of GC exists. A Korean study claimed that patients with FAP have a sevenfold increased risk of GC.
