WebbYes, as long as you have shared the report / dashboard / workspace and ticked the appropriate settings to allow sharing outside your organization. They will have to access your org's reports using your Tenancy URL, but that's easy to bookmark. More of a pain on mobile, but that's been an atypical case in my experience.
