The two go hand-in-hand but can also be enjoyed separately from each other. Both the new objects also come in a variety of styles and colour variants. WebbMy sim has knitted a bunch of items (with Nifty Knitting). When I click on them in her inventory to add them to wardrobe, it says they're already available in CAS, but when I go in to CAS they're not available. WTF?
