Of the three, I still think the BAR Safari is the best looking, but the BAR Shortrak's lines are growining on me, and in my mind, it leads the pack for a hunting rifle. I went from a 5 3/4 lb trigger to a 4lb trigger using this method. Basically you need to put in a lighter sear spring. I bought through Brownell a selection of small Wolff springs . My wife's BLR has about an 1/8" of freeplay, then another fat 1/16 of creep before you get to the heavy (6 lb ish) mushy release, followed by another small 1/8 of over travel.
